Your wedding cake is different and I’m passionate about the flavours and ingredients that go into it, striving to push the boundaries and offer exciting flavour combinations that get your guests talking. My menu contains a handpicked selection of some of the most mouth-watering flavour pairings, and these can of course be tailored to you.

 

Each cake tier always contains four even layers of sponge, carefully assembled with lashings of filling, and coated in buttercream, ganache or flawless sugarpaste- ensuring the cake looks as elegant on the plate as it does on display.

Coco Loco:
